Experience the highlife - Conquer Mount Kilimanjaro with WSPA Overseas challenges. Earlier this year a group of people from across the UK trekked for six days through Tanzania, conquered Mount Kilimanjaro and received a unique chance to visit to a local anti-poaching project funded by the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA). This video, edited by Richard Hughes, www.spcreations.tv shows the trekker's ascent up Africa's tallest free standing mountain. They walk through rainforest, spotting tail tips of Colobus Monkeys, up the mountain through terrain that varies from moorland, lush meadows, to barren, lunar landscapes and finally ending in the snow-capped summit. If you are interested in taking part in Trek Mount Kilimanjaro 2009 or another of any of WSPAs overseas challenges then please visit www.wspa.org.uk, contact Jane Rockliffe on 0800 316 9772 or email fundraising@wspa.org.uk.
