Its a brilliant Doc, 4 fat fast food junkies go to Shimshal in Northern Pakistan to lose weight! And results are staggering!

To lose weight, I guess you have to gain height (in a way!)

I enjoyed it, the results were amazing - the amount of cholesterol and fat they lost after a few weeks!
I wonder whether the altitude along with diet had a part to play in that?

funny thing is, some one could set up a 'fat fighters' adventure tour, whereby weight loss is guaranteed, along with adventure somewhere up the Karakorams!
would rake it in!

Ibbz I've been saying for years that someone will eventually start up a 'weight loss trekking company'. It is the surest way to loose the flab and get fit whilst enjoying the experience that I've ever come across.

I went on a five week trek/climb around Dhaulagiri with a mate about 10 years ago and we both dropped over 2st in weight (he lost about 3st, mind you he was about 18st to start with) and had a great time doing it.

hehe! True say! Seems like a super idea - I bet there's already one in existence - I'm going to take a look at the ads in the mag to see if there are any!
There was an article in the Guardian last week about losing weight - and gaining altitude to do so!

Image a Club 18-30 (thats stones) trip to Nepal! haha! Heart attacks all round!

i've been meaning to watch this all week, still haven't got round to it, so i might just watch it tonight.

It's enjoyable and quite informative - and features stunning scenery and potential detsination for any budding adventurer and fat fighter!!

And be sure to get around to watching the other video i uploaded!
